I walk my path, that is different then anyone else’s and therefore is unique/authentic/special. It cannot be compared to anyone else’s. Everything that is here (feelings, circumstances, people,...) is meant for me: it is an opportunity for me to get to know myself better. I am making myself feel this certain way: I choose how I attract, and I choose how I perceive. All of these triggers are aspects of past conditioning and programming: I thank them, and I set them free.

Triggers are uncomfortable feelings we get when our judgmental self-chatter tells us that the situation we are in should not be the way it is. This opinion comes from our past conditioning, and since we know that this is limited and relative, why do we succumb to this and allow it to make us feel less than enough? I believe we habitually gave it credibility, because this conditioning came from certain “authorities” we were trusting; and like any other habits, this can be changed as well. I am very happy that I am allowing my patterns to change! Change feels so good, and it is bringing me everything that I have always wanted. It allows my triggers to surface, so I can simply observe them, with part of my focus always being with my breath. Solely by conscious breathing and presence, triggers produce uncomfortable emotions, and then they slowly fade away, being transmuted into higher frequencies of understanding and self compassion.
