I walk my path, that is different then anyone else’s and therefore is unique/authentic/special. It cannot be compared to anyone else’s. Everything that is here (feelings, circumstances, people,...) is meant for me: it is an opportunity for me to get to know myself better. I am making myself feel this certain way: I choose how I attract, and I choose how I perceive. All of these triggers are aspects of past conditioning and programming: I thank them, and I set them free.

When you eat, choose living plants. Fruit is the best, because it is the most hydrating, and least dense plant based food. If you want to live, eat living foods. Very simple and common sense. The denser the food you eat, the harder it is for your body to digest it, and most of your blood rushes to your stomach and intestines, so you are less able to make proper decisions. Most of us eat out of emotional escapism: this means that we choose to literally numb our feelings by stuffing ourselves. The less we eat, and the less dense our food is, we have more energy available to hold space for ourselves (and others) as we feel and heal. From personal experience, following this principle makes me sleep less, I am more relaxed, and I actually have more energy throughout my days! |
