Today I broke my 5 day water (no calories, only water) fast, and day 4 was also a dry (no water) fast. In total, it was 134 hours. Fasting has been one of, if not the most powerful self-healing, self-loving, and self-knowing practice at least for the past several thousand years in different traditions around the world. This biologist got a Nobel prize in 2016 for discovering the functioning of autophagy, which is a process that is induced in our body’s cells when we fast for at least 12-16 hours. In short, fasting slows down the aging process and has a positive impact on cell renewal. Research and practice, and enjoy a healthy, happy and long life. The ideal society is one in which people’s occupations/positions/“jobs” are what they authentically enjoy doing, governed by elders that base their law making on Natural Law, that has a simple root, from which all other laws emerge: Everything that is with/in accordance with life is good/right. Everything that is against life is bad/wrong. I feel this ideal society is coming inevitably and fast, since there are A LOT of people that feel this way. 


My purpose is to:
1. Help people find what they will authentically enjoy doing as a “job”/occupation
2. Help people that are already doing what they love neutralize stress/problems and turn them into self serving patterns

Each moment is a different version of wholeness. Each moment is perfect. God/Youniverse does not make “mistakes”. Why some of us still label certain phenomena as less then perfect and even bad, is because of unconscious human creation: without the understanding of how Creation works. If we don’t understand how we attract experiences, and we judge them, we suffer. Suffering is not bad: it always represents an opportunity for us to learn and grow by modifying our approach, or dig ourselves deeper into unconscious patterns of thought, speech and action. We always have a choice. We can always turn things around. All it takes is changing our perspective frequently, and staying consistent with our inner work.

It is interesting to observe what feelings emerge by perceiving existence through past conditioning filters. Our feelings don’t come from the way existence truly is. Ultimately, there is no meaning, existence is neutral. Our feelings come from meanings that our filters give to phenomena around us and within us (the way we think things are, or are not). Be still, observe, and enjoy neutrality.

I walk my path, that is different then anyone else’s and therefore is unique/authentic/special. It cannot be compared to anyone else’s. Everything that is here (feelings, circumstances, people,...) is meant for me: it is an opportunity for me to get to know myself better. I am making myself feel this certain way: I choose how I attract, and I choose how I perceive. All of these triggers are aspects of past conditioning and programming: I thank them, and I set them free.

When you eat, choose living plants. Fruit is the best, because it is the most hydrating, and least dense plant based food. If you want to live, eat living foods. Very simple and common sense. The denser the food you eat, the harder it is for your body to digest it, and most of your blood rushes to your stomach and intestines, so you are less able to make proper decisions. Most of us eat out of emotional escapism: this means that we choose to literally numb our feelings by stuffing ourselves. The less we eat, and the less dense our food is, we have more energy available to hold space for ourselves (and others) as we feel and heal. From personal experience, following this principle makes me sleep less, I am more relaxed, and I actually have more energy throughout my days!

Triggers are uncomfortable feelings we get when our judgmental self-chatter tells us that the situation we are in should not be the way it is. This opinion comes from our past conditioning, and since we know that this is limited and relative, why do we succumb to this and allow it to make us feel less than enough? I believe we habitually gave it credibility, because this conditioning came from certain “authorities” we were trusting; and like any other habits, this can be changed as well.
