I am very happy that I am allowing my patterns to change! Change feels so good, and it is bringing me everything that I have always wanted. It allows my triggers to surface, so I can simply observe them, with part of my focus always being with my breath. Solely by conscious breathing and presence, triggers produce uncomfortable emotions, and then they slowly fade away, being transmuted into higher frequencies of understanding and self compassion.
