Each moment is a different version of wholeness. Each moment is perfect. God/Youniverse does not make “mistakes”. Why some of us still label certain phenomena as less then perfect and even bad, is because of unconscious human creation: without the understanding of how Creation works. If we don’t understand how we attract experiences, and we judge them, we suffer. Suffering is not bad: it always represents an opportunity for us to learn and grow by modifying our approach, or dig ourselves deeper into unconscious patterns of thought, speech and action. We always have a choice. We can always turn things around. All it takes is changing our perspective frequently, and staying consistent with our inner work.

Being playful, curious and genuinely eccentric are characteristics of mine I feel create strong connections with people around me! Especially when a good number of people thinks it is “mature” to be “serious”, it is very important for us to embody the weirdness that comes with being authentic. Being authentic is only possible if your inner child is fully comfortable to “come out and play”- this will be perceived by some people as weird and even triggering sometimes, but you owe it to yourself to shine your true light despite opinions around you! The most powerful forms of self-expression are created when the creator is authentic and loves what he/she does! This photo beautifully shows the radical health transformation I went through ever since I moved to the USA from Serbia (Europe). I dropped 40 pounds! Some aspects are still the same: I still speak Serbian (sort of XD), do strength training (much lighter then before though), enjoy metal music🤘, and am my goofy self! Most other parts are totally different: 1. I wasn’t able to “get full” without consuming meat, cheese and bread/pasta for every single meal; Now, I do intermittent and other forms of fasting, eat 99% plant based, and the heaviest thing I eat are nuts (with occasional cheat meals of course); 2. I used to smoke up to two packs of cigarettes per day, and now my body physically cannot stand a single drag; 3. I drank alcohol almost every day: beer was like water for me, frequently supplemented with various kinds of hard liquor. I felt like I needed alcohol to deal with myself and to have a good time with others; Now, I have a drink maybe once in a month, and if I have more then two, I simply start feeling sleepy and I have to go to bed; 4. My daily rituals are different: instead of watching TV and playing video games I do breathing exercises, running, biking, prayer, meditation, yoga, and various kinds of self-reflection and other practices. Oh yeah: I drink a lot more water now! |
